Responsible for strategic planning and day-to-day operations management of the building.
Work with senior management team to set business operations strategies and performance indicators.
Review operating procedures and service standards and directs all property facilities services including cleaning, housekeeping, maintenance, security, pest control, etc., and to ensure that the property runs smoothly.
Lead, plan and manage all preventive, corrective and maintenance of related system and to ensure smooth operations with the best industrial practices and comply with the local governance requirements.
Responsible for implementing and enforcing safe work practices based on the Risk Assessment.
Establish and maintain strong and positive relationships with the landlords, vendors, contractors and all internal/external customers.
Manage the CERT team to ensure on-the-ground operations are well coordinated, drills, exercises, training are carried out as per schedule and all safety measures are put in place.
Responsible for security operations to ensure a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, customers, and others
Perform any other duties assigned
Maintain and update annual inspection and certification of facility equipment in compliance with the relevant regulatory requirements
Manage the expenditure (Proposal of CAPEX for asset enhancements or maintenance when necessary), address operational and administrative issues, and ensure procedures are carried out properly
Manage minor A&A works and M&E/Facility related repair and replacement works
Recommend and implement best practices in facility maintenance to achieve a safer and energy-saving working environment
Requirements:
Minimum Degree in Facilities and Operations Management or equivalent.
At least 10 years of working experience in facilities and maintenance operations.
Preferably with BizSAFE Level 2 CERT training, WSQ Respond to Fire & HazMat Emergency and WSQ Implement Incident Management Processes related certificate.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership skills, structured with strong work ethics.
Resourceful, good team player and able to multi-task.
Competent in MS Office applications
Result driven and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
