We are looking for a Manager (Growth & Development). As Manager (Growth & Development), you play the role of learning consultant to a group of public agencies, providing thought leadership, expertise, and guidance on building organisational capability and learning culture. This will be in collaboration with relevant partners such as the strategic workforce planning team, HR business partners, and agency leaders. You will design and develop innovative programmes that equip our workforce with competencies which will help them to deliver the best value to their organisation while being prepared for future roles and technology advancements.What you will be working on:
