What the role is:The Central HR @PSD team provides strategic and operational shared HR services to agencies under its care. Central HR brings best, and progressive people practices to support agencies in building and fostering a high performing and engaged workforce to deliver on their organisational mission and strategic goals. We are looking for a Manager (Workforce & Leadership Development).What you will be working on:As Manager (Workforce & Leadership Development) in Central HR @PSD, you will be a trusted associate to engage, advise and provide appropriate development advice to stakeholders. You will also design, develop and recommend innovative programmes that address the assess competency gaps and meet the needs of the organisation. You will work on: \xe2\x80\xa2 Executing Competency-Driven Growth (CDG) as a key anchor for workforce and leadership development. This includes (and not limited to) competency frameworks development/adaption, competency role profiles development and system set up for CDG (e.g. role profiles set up in HR Payroll System (HRPS), competency assessment in appraisal forms, etc). \xe2\x80\xa2 Educating officers on available development interventions and platforms (e.g. HRPS Learning Management System, LEARN app, One Talent Gateway, etc.) to empower officers to take charge of their growth and career. \xe2\x80\xa2 Designing, developing, and implementing interventions to uplift the competencies of the workforce to meet strategic business needs and to be future-ready. \xe2\x80\xa2 Designing, developing, and implementing initiatives to hone leadership competencies across middle and senior management levels (e.g. Leadership360). \xe2\x80\xa2 Designing, developing, and implementing initiatives to realise career growth for officers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluating programme effectiveness and proposing solutions to ensure initiatives remain relevant and targeted. \xe2\x80\xa2 Implementing internal frameworks and processes to enable robust data collection (e.g. recording of courses attended) and analysis for development. \xe2\x80\xa2 Developing dashboards to provide insights on the organisation\'s competency landscape as well as take up rate and effectiveness of development initiatives to enable solutioning for capability gap.What we are looking for:Join us if you have the passion in the people business! Create and promote opportunities for collaboration across boundaries. \xef\x81\xb6 [Innovation]: Able to conceptualise and provide creative solutions and approaches to HR/business challenges. Able to adopt and adapt quickly to new technology and tools critical for effective ways to deliver business outcomes.
