What the role is:The Central HR @PSD team provides strategic and operational shared HR services to agencies under its care. Central HR brings best, and progressive people practices to support agencies in building and fostering a high performing and engaged workforce to deliver on their organisational mission and strategic goals. We are looking for a Senior Executive (Workforce & Leadership Development).What you will be working on:As Senior Executive (Workforce & Leadership Development) in Central HR @PSD, you will provide efficient and streamlined support for the team in managing administration and processes to ensure that development programmes and initiatives run smoothly for all agencies supported by the Central HR. You will work on: \xe2\x80\xa2 Leading the streamlining and refinement of internal processes for the management of development programmes and initiatives, with the aim of efficiency and standardisation across agencies supported by Central HR. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting with day-to-day system maintenance and working closely with vendor to ensure continued system functionality. This includes assessing service requests to improve existing development platforms. \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing first line support and troubleshooting on technical/process queries to officers who have issues with system access or applications for initiatives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing efficient administrative support (E.g. managing trainee lists, proper set up of training venue, etc.) to team in the organisation of development programmes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing and maintaining development databases such that they are accurate and complete to support analysis of data. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing and tracking training budget and completion of mandatory training. \xe2\x80\xa2 Leading the prototyping and implementation of automation tools (e.g. RPA, AI etc.) to improve operational efficiency.What we are looking for:Join us if you have the passion in the people business! There are structured opportunities for internal job rotations in Central HR or other PSD functions during your career with us.
