Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource Manager
  • Develop, implement and review on all HR policies and processes, ensuring compliance with employment related laws, regulations and corporate policies
  • Maintain continuous employee engagement and employee relationship
  • Have good understanding of the business units, partner with business units to formulate and implement policies to deliver on its strategic objectives
  • Coordinate with business units on forecasting future hiring and operational needs, analysing and streamlining processes and recommend changes to improve operational efficiency
  • Responsible for annual business plan budgeting for employees’ cost and expenses
  • Involves in payroll, compensation and staff benefits, talent acquisition and performance management
  • Develop and provide training and career development programs, conducting annual training and development needs assessment
  • Assess company developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identifies/arrange suitable training solutions for employees
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Degree in Human Resource, Business Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of recent and relevant work experience
  • Possess strong interpersonal, leadership and people management skills
  • Able to work independently in a fast pace environment
  • Familiar with Employment Act & MOM regulations
