Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource Manager
Develop, implement and review on all HR policies and processes, ensuring compliance with employment related laws, regulations and corporate policies
Maintain continuous employee engagement and employee relationship
Have good understanding of the business units, partner with business units to formulate and implement policies to deliver on its strategic objectives
Coordinate with business units on forecasting future hiring and operational needs, analysing and streamlining processes and recommend changes to improve operational efficiency
Responsible for annual business plan budgeting for employees’ cost and expenses
Involves in payroll, compensation and staff benefits, talent acquisition and performance management
Develop and provide training and career development programs, conducting annual training and development needs assessment
Assess company developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identifies/arrange suitable training solutions for employees
Requirements & Qualifications:
Degree in Human Resource, Business Management or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of recent and relevant work experience
Possess strong interpersonal, leadership and people management skills
Able to work independently in a fast pace environment
Familiar with Employment Act & MOM regulations
