What will your typical day look like?

• Develop communication strategy & plan to drive engagement and change management within the organization, tying together multiple communication touchpoints (e.g., Newsletter, townhalls, intranet site, etc.)
• Research, write, edit, design, and publish internal communications with an obsession for quality, accuracy, and aesthetics (eDMs, posters, videos)
• Design and deliver communications and stakeholder engagement plans, including the identification and definition of methods and channels to drive the correct behavioural and organizational changes
• Work with IT to design and maintain the company’s intranet site, including maintaining relevance and pertinence of content
• Plan and organize internal townhalls, workshops, engagement events, including designing agenda, proposing and seeking external speakers / vendors, selecting venues, overseeing logistics
• Experiment with new, creative ways to engage employees in prioritized initiatives
• Routinely measure and report out to stakeholders regarding the impact of internal communications

Is this you?

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in PR, marketing, communications, journalism, events, or social media
• Proficiency in Photoshop or design-related applications would be a huge plus
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Portfolio of work demonstrating the ability to tell complex stories in relatable terms
• Project management skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
