As a Manager of Talent Outreach & Internship in the team, you will be responsible to plan, oversee and drive the Internship programme to achieve its strategic objectives to build a talent pipeline. Reporting to Vice President, Learning & Development, you will be responsible for:

  • Design and develop Internship Programme strategies and plans in line with organizational strategy through strategic partnership to the stakeholders to understand recruiting demands and requirements.
  • Engage and build strong relationships with Institutions of Higher Learnings campus’ representatives, career service representatives, advisors, student leaders and relevant student and alumni groups.
  • Liaise with hiring managers, understand their expectations for interns and advise or provide guidance on sourcing channels when necessary
  • Manage initiatives end-to-end in collaboration with Business Leaders, Internship Sponsor, Hiring Manager, HR Business Partners, Learning Partners.
  • Plan, implement and review overall marketing and talent outreach strategies with through various advertising channels and social media such as university career sites, LinkedIn, Facebook etc to build strong brand presence.
  • Drive robust internal communications between employees and Interns through various channels.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process of Interns with administrative support from the L&D Admin team.
  • Oversee and drive interns’ engagement initiatives to build relationships with Interns to support future permanent employment.
  • Use data to accurate and regular tracking of candidate status and progress.

What we are looking for:
  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or equivalent and iHRP certification is a plus.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably 5 or more years in managing Internship programme.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and a team player, with the ability to negotiate and influence to broker outcomes.
  • Strong consulting skills; ability to analyse the situation and provide effective solutions with good executional skills and follow through.
  • Proactive, meticulous and able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stress well and operate in a fast and complex environment that is changing.
