You\xe2\x80\x99ll be required to provide them guidance to manage projects, stakeholders to achieve the desired outcomes. As well as to develop processes to drive continuous improvement, productivity and wellbeing of the team to achieve desired corporate goals. In addition, you\xe2\x80\x99ll also be responsible to manage various Remote Hands and Enterprise Support teams stationed at our client\xe2\x80\x99s premises. Delivering them to our contracted SLAs and clients\xe2\x80\x99 satisfaction. This role will be part of the senior leadership team, where you will be involved in our weekly leadership meetings to drive strategic decisions and outcomes. • Minimum 5 years in a people management role

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 10 years in the IT & Telecom Experience \xc2\xb7 Minimum 3 years in IT infrastructure consulting \xc2\xb7 Minimum 5 years in IT infrastructure project management Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering or IT related field \xc2\xb7 Data Center design certification will be an advantage, example, CDCDP \xc2\xb7 Certified in Structured Cabling System and Design and RCDD will be an added advantage \xc2\xb7 Minimally CCNA and CCNP will be an advantage \xc2\xb7 PMP / Prince 2 certified will be an advantage \xc2\xb7 ITIL certification will be an advantage \xc2\xb7 Fluency in written and spoken English Others: \xe2\x97\x8f Working hours from Monday through Friday 8:30am to 6:00pm. \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to provide support during and outside regular business hours is required Job Type: Permanent Salary: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
