Roles & Responsibilities

• Head and grow the microgrid business including the origination, evaluation and implementation of microgrid solutions for TOP's own assets and for our clients/partners
• Exercise effective strategic and financial oversight over the Decarbonisation business unit
• Build strong relationships with strategic parties to facilitate the effective execution of microgrid projects
• Conduct international business development activities (including deal sourcing, due diligence, marketing, customer/project acquisition and deal execution) to secure new microgrid clients and projects
• Liaise closely with clients and partners to understand customer requirements, design customised solutions, conduct technical and financial feasibility assessments, oversee the structuring and execution of projects, and manage the EPC and O&M operations for a variety of microgrid projects
• Source, assess and spearhead new business/investment opportunities within the microgrids space to expand the business vertical

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline
• With 6 years of relevant working experience in the design, development and deployment of hybrid microgrid solutions, which includes renewable energy , battery energy storage systems and internal combustion engines
• At least 2 years of experience in a management position
• Demonstrated project development and go-to-market track record (End-to-end expertise from conceptualisation to delivery of microgrid solutions is critical and preferred)
• Passionate and knowledgeable on decarbonisation including but not limited to its trends and solutions
• Possesses a wide network of partners including technical providers, financial institutions and government entities
• Excellent analytical and numerical aptitude with a high level of competence in financial modelling to support budgeting and financial due diligence
