Support the Associate Provost (PGP Education) in the management of academic policies, governance and curriculum matters including proactive follow-up on relevant matters arising.
Support the Academic Director (Lifelong Learning) in facilitating academic policy development, governance, and related administrative matters.
Support the Senior Assistant Director (Education) in coordinating policy implementation and managing administrative matters related to Postgraduate Professional Programmes (PGPP) and Professional and Continuing Education (PCE).
Curriculum, pedagogy and academic resources (review, development, enhancement)
Support and contribute towards institutional research to gather data that informs and drives educational policies, programme reviews and innovative advancements.
Committee Secretariat
Serve as the main secretariat for the Postgraduate Professional Programmes Committee (PGPPC), scheduling meetings, organising the agenda, and following up on action items and related issues.
Provide secretariat support to a new Professional and Continuing Education Committee (PCEC)
Serve as co-secretariat for the University Education Committee (UEC), scheduling meetings, organising the agenda, and following up on action items and related issues.
MOE relations and communications, including preparation of regular reports
Support the Senior Assistant Director (Education) in the collection of data and drafting of management reports for the Ministry of Education (MOE), Board of Trustees (BOT) and other internal and external stakeholders as required for PGPP and PCE matters.
Education Strategy
Contribute to the delivery of specific educational strategic initiatives, as assigned by the Director, Education Strategy and Senior Assistant Director (Education)
Contribute to the review and delivery of integration of PGPP academic services and student experience.

Qualifications:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
