What the role is:Manage outreach and engagement of non-geographical partners through supporting internal stakeholders in establishing strategic and meaningful partnership.Support in the planning and operational aspect of partnership development and the division\'s overall efforts in building and facilitating partnership.To bring Government closer to People through citizens\' engagement efforts to enable a more responsive and responsible Government in Singapore through feedback gathering and Government communications with community/corporate partners.As a Relationship Manager, you will grow, strengthen and deepen the relationship with the community/corporate partners, as well as facilitate the outreach of partners in establishing strategic and meaningful partnership and engagement to achieve People to Government (P-G) and Government to People (G-P) outcomes through engagement, and conduct feedback gathering and Government communications with community/corporate partners and opinion leaders.You are required to manage outreach and development of partners through supporting internal stakeholders in establishing strategic and meaningful partnership and engagement. Your key duties and responsibilities include partnership research and data management work, relationship development and management, project management, as well as communications and feedback gathering. You are also required to perform other functional or administrative functions.Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications
• Competent in computer software such as Word, Excel, Power point
• Good analytic, communicaton and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, resourceful and proactive
• Prior experience in administering corporate social responsibility programmes, marketing and/or sponsorship functions and people sector work would be an added advantage.
