What the role is:You assist in managing the entire recruitment process for the Army, including the management of recruitment data across the different career schemes that the Army offers.What you will be working on:In addition, you conduct first-level analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement, assess the efficacy and effectiveness of our recruitment strategy, and propose adjustments based on your findings. Your challenge lies in navigating a fast-paced and dynamic environment while effectively working with diverse stakeholders.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably with prior work experience in recruitment, recruitment data processing or analysis. Possession of good logical thinking, analytical, interpersonal, writing and communication skills is essential. You must be meticulous and able to multi-task. Competence in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power BI etc.) is required. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
