What the role is:The Singapore Police Force (SPF) plays a critical role in keeping Singapore safe and secure with our mission to prevent, deter and detect crime. The Manpower Department (MPD) is the staff authority for Human Resource (HR)-related matters within SPF. The mission of Manpower Department is to recruit, retain and develop the right people. The Manager (Recruitment) will oversee the planning and recruitment of Uniformed Officers to the SPF.What you will be working on:We are looking for a proactive and dynamic individual to be part of our HR Team. You will be planning and overseeing the recruitment process of Uniformed Officers into the SPF to ensure a smooth application experience for the candidates. This involves tracking the timeline for each candidate, managing and facilitating interviews, planning of training resources and ensuring proper documentation. You will be working closely with relevant stakeholders and other teams within SPF Talent Attraction Division in the course of your work.
