We believe that having a culture of inclusion encourages innovation and that this in turn drives agility and value for our employees, partners, and customers.The RoleReporting to the Senior Director\xe2\x80\x93 Revenue Operations, you will lead the Revenue Operations related functions/tasks for the assigned region and be a business partner to the Sales management of the region.The role entails building, driving, and owning key processes and providing operational support for our sales organization.Your Focus

  • Document/implement channel operational processes (e.g., pricing, quoting, deal registration, partner onboarding)
  • Assist sales leaders in deal sales cycle qualification, and recommend pricing structures based on Customer\xe2\x80\x99s business drivers and ability to sell value
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to inspect sales process quality and prioritize/drive improvements
  • Support sales leaders in pricing related initiatives to optimize discount through competitive intelligence and developing a subject matter expertise in the Region
  • Support alignment/maintenance of territories and quota allocation among all sales channels/teams
  • Support sales leaders in strategic programs
  • Proof weekly forecast with sales leaders and analyze variations
  • Support alignment/maintenance of territories and quota allocation among all sales channels/teams
  • Provide detailed reporting to Regional Directors and VPs and collaborate closely with Sales Management to drive regionally focused pricing strategies
  • Prepare and track Key Performance Indicators (KPI) related to overall sales performance (e.g., bookings, pipeline)
  • Develop/deliver training sessions for sales to enable the team on system usage, product knowledge
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business and drive processes to maintain CRM data integrity and data hygiene
  • Coordinate with internal technology owners to maintain and enhance our tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Manage/recommend enabling technologies and workflows, including CRM, CPQ, PRM for sales teams
QualificationsRequired Experience and Skills
  • 10+ years of work experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or strategic sales roles in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Proven proficiency in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving problems while prioritizing critical issues and mapping long-term departmental needs.
  • Excellent analytical skills to compile large amounts of data into an understandable format for decision-making. Ability to simplify
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, collaboration, and cross-functional team leadership
  • Demonstrated fluency with SaaS reporting and KPIs and end-to-end revenue management best practices in SaaS operating model.
  • Extensive experience working with CRM tools
  • Japanese language skills advantageous but not essential
