Job Responsibilities:
o Serve as the subject matter expert on rewards matters for assigned clusters or countries. This is a global role with a focus on Middle east, Africa, Turkey, India markets.
o Collaborate with cluster HRs on implementing Group-wide or country-specific rewards programs or initiatives.
o Perform annual salary review to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.
o Keep abreast of market trends and evaluate the effectiveness of existing compensation and benefits programs in support of business growth.
o Support annual budget & forecasting exercise.
o Support the review and upkeep of policies/procedures in compliance with local statutory legislations.
o Lead or participate in ad-hoc HR/Rewards/M&A projects.
The Company may assign duties in addition to those listed/described above and/or vary the scope of work according to business requirements.
Requirements:
o Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, Human Resource Management, or related discipline
o Minimum 6 years of HR and Rewards related experience. Exposure in Middle East, Africa, Turkey, or India markets will be a plus.
o Self-starter with the ability to research, analyze and propose solutions.
o Strong analytical & critical thinking skills, ability to interpret and produce high quality, accurate information, and data insights.
o Results oriented, strong interpersonal skills, team player who can function effectively and independently in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
o Ability to work with ambiguity and operate with integrity and tact when handling highly confidential information.
o Proficient in Workday, MS Office, database applications.
