About the Department
The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services. Business Banking
We develop integrated products and services targeted at helping small and medium-sized enterprises across the region progress through different stages of growth. These include innovative solutions and initiatives in areas of working capital loans, operational efficiency and currency exposure.
Job Responsibilities
Support Business Finance Manager on Pre and Post approval loan and Online account opening (OAO) documentation process in accordance to all guidelines and SLA agreement to ensure effective and efficient onboarding of Loan and CASA accounts.
Works closely with Business Finance Managers to support them on the pre and post approval documentation
Performs security and documentations compliance checking.
Checks, validates and facilitates loan disbursements and Online account opening.
Coordinates with relevant stakeholders as touch and contact point to deliver excellent service.
Performs data maintenance, rectifications if any, and reporting.
Facilitates call log disbursement for unsecured loans
Assists in other duties assigned by line manager.

Preferably relevant experience in document/credit control and at least 2 years of operations experience in company loan operations.
