We are looking for a Sales Support Manager.

Your Tasks

• Facilitate the strategic planning process for the Sales Support function by identifying key business issues and opportunities and analyze strategic options.
• Develop strategies for effective sales and customer onboarding processes and tools.
• Provide effective consultancy and advisory support to all Sales Managers and Commercial Management team to analyze, plan and implement necessary resource requirements ensuring data quality and efficient on-boarding of new customers and rates offering.
• Support sales in improving processes and systems to achieve enhanced customer experience including leading pricing projects and system upgrades as Sales and Pricing lead to ensure seamless process between Sales, Pricing, Master Data Management, Sales Support and Commercial,Pricing & Research.
• Support the Commercial team to streamline processes for the purpose of reducing non-selling hours and increasing ease of customer integration.
• Keep Commercial Management up to date on relevant Sales tool development within the country and act as the project implementation leader.
• Ensure adherence to Global and Regional standardization policies to ensure the Sales Processes and Systems are aligned to DHL and legal policies.
• Perform as an internal authority on data tools while functioning as a power user of data analytics.
• Managea team of 4 direct staff (1 Analyst and 3 Coordinators).

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 to 5 years Sales Support, Sales Planning or Sales Strategy experience.
• Understanding of Sales processes as well as detailed understanding of Sales systems and data flow (e.g. COMET, GO!, OMS, GCPT).
• Experience in project management with proof of successfully facilitation of change or enhancement implementations.
• Focused on identifying and understanding each customer's needs to establishes a course of action to ensure that activities/objectives are efficiently achieved.
• Provideboth verbal and written information in a timely, clear and concise manner combined with excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex data and processes to mid/senior stakeholder/management level with proven experience in dealing with Sales Management at senior levels.
• Degree in Business related discipline (must) and additional quantitative qualifications (desirable).
• Experience in people management is advantageous.
• Proficient in data management and statistical platforms (e.g. SQL, Python, etc.) is advantageous.
