Job PurposeAs the Manager of Security Policy & Planning, you\'ll play a crucial role in formulating security policies aligned with legislative and regulatory requirements. You\'ll provide corporation-level
security governance, strategies, and risk management controls while supporting business units in achieving their security goals.Responsibilities

• Formulate Security Policies and Plans: Develop comprehensive security policies and plans tailored to meet organizational needs and regulatory standards.
• Disseminate Security Advisories: Plan and distribute relevant security advisories to ensure timely communication of security updates and protocols.
• Conduct External Audits: Organize and oversee annual external audits on rail and bus systems to ensure compliance with codes of practice and security standards.
• Provide Security Advisory and Support: Offer guidance and support to internal business units on security matters, helping them implement effective security measures.
• Perform Threat Vulnerability Risk Assessment: Assess potential threats and vulnerabilities, conducting risk assessments to identify areas of concern and develop mitigation strategies.
• Analyse Security Statistic: Perform analysis and assessment of security data to identify areas of threats and vulnerabilities.
• Manage Security Projects: Plan and execute security projects aimed at enhancing overall security infrastructure and capabilities.
• Secretariat Function: Act as the secretariat for the SMRT Security Steering Committee, facilitating meetings, documenting proceedings, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
• Interface with Authorities: Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating and managing security requirements with relevant authorities, fostering productive relationships to address security concerns effectively.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Degree in any discipline: Possess a bachelor\'s degree in any field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation and analytical skills.
• Have at least 8 years of relevant experience in the field of security and intelligence, with security analyst skills and experience.
• Have a proven track record of leadership and expertise in security policy formulation, risk management, and strategic planning.
