Manager / Senior Manager (development Management)
Job Description
What the role is
You will join a team responsible for the development and redevelopment of parks, park connectors and open spaces in support of making Singapore our City in Nature.
What you will be working on
You will typically manage a team of consultants and contractors to deliver projects based on a stipulated timeline and budget.
As a project manager, you will also be involved in public engagement and consultation with various stakeholders and approving authorities to facilitate and realise projects that meet desired objectives.
You are required to manage and see through the entire project cycle that will include budgeting, project planning, tender calling and award, contract and project administration and project post-completion works.
What we are looking for
• Degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or related discipline
• At least 3 years of related working experience in managing projects will be an added advantage
• Self-motivated team player, responsible and resourceful with good problem solving and analytical skills
• Possess good organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Adaptable and able to manage tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
