Its diversified real estate asset classes include retail, office, lodging, industrial, logistics, business parks, wellness, self-storage and data centres.You will be supporting the Investments team at CapitaLand India Trust Management Pte Ltd (CLINTMPL) and report to the Assistant Vice President, Investments at CLINTMPL.Responsibilities:

• Assist in formulating investment strategies that are in line with the overall business plan of Capitaland India Trust Management Pte Ltd
• Identify suitable investment targets (industry/sector, company, etc) and generate investment leads (direct and indirect) to fulfill assigned targets
• Independently handle execution of financial modelling, feasibilities and investment papers for deals
• Structure deals to optimize returns for CapitaLand India Trust Management Pte Ltd
• Assist in negotiations and closing deals in a time efficient manner
• Supervise due diligence and documentation to safeguard the interest of CapitaLand India Trust Management Pte Ltd

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate/Finance/Investment or relevant discipline
• Minimum 8 years of relevant real estate investment experience; investment experience in India preferred
• Exposure to capital markets would be an added advantage
• Willingness to travel
