[What the role is]
The People & Culture team attracts, develops, engages, and retains human capital so that they can effectively support NCSS\xe2\x80\x99s mission and purpose.
As a member in the People Relations team, you will be in a position of influence where you will have direct access to business units and feel the pulse of the organisation. You will engage with multiple stakeholders, facilitating talent discussions by providing HR perspectives and sound guidance on people challenges. You will also be involved in implementation of HR policies, initiatives & processes in areas such as talent attraction, employer branding and HR operations.
