Job Description

What the role is:As Manager/ Senior Manager, School Campus in the Infrastructure and Facility Services Division (IFSD), you will be part of a dynamic team that manages the development and facilities management (FM) of school campuses.What you will be working on:

• Oversee and manage the provision of FM services to a group of schools and sites, which includes ensuring that scheduled maintenance works are carried out timely and managing the performance of FM service providers (e.g. Managing Agents, Term Contractors, Integrated FM Contractors) \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee and manage infrastructure improvement projects and programmes to enhance schools and sites, such as general repair, re-decoration, toilet renovations, roof re-waterproofing, General Office renovations \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and co-ordinate programme and work schedules with multiple stakeholders \xe2\x80\xa2 Review the scope of works, quotations and design proposals from contractors/ consultants \xe2\x80\xa2 Procure and administer contracts for consultancy, construction and/ or FM services

What we are looking for:

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience/ training in Building, Real Estate, FM, Engineering or a related discipline \xe2\x80\xa2 Good knowledge and understanding of the building industry and regulations \xe2\x80\xa2 A proactive and effective team player with strong collaboration, communication, interpersonal, analytical and project management skills In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
