Job Description

You will be responsible to develop and implement solution/ initiatives to uplift care delivery in the community care sector (home care, centre-based and residential care) to provide better care options to support seniors to age well. You will work closely with internal stakeholders within AIC, as well as with external stakeholders such as Ministry of Health, to advance the development of the community care sector in Singapore.

• Develop a framework to identify gaps and opportunities to improve service standards in care delivery.
• Conduct regular landscape reviews (e.g. service audit outcomes, implementation level of good practices) of the community care landscape to understand the current state of service in care delivery.
• Conduct market research on current trends (provider-initiated programmes and developments overseas) in service development
• Identify key policy and operational gaps and develop suitable initiatives/solutions to address identified gaps with internal and external stakeholders
• Drive engagement and partnership with stakeholders to identify opportunities for collaboration
• Conduct impact and outcome evaluation of initiatives implemented.
• Undertake other tasks as necessary to contribute to Division\'s objectives in sector development, capability building and outreach.

• At least 5 years of working experience in service planning and development, with at least 1 year in managerial capacity in a leadership role, preferably in the healthcare or social care industry
• Experience in policy formulation, planning, strategy development, sector development or project management in the public sector would be advantageous
• Strong at conceptualising ideas, coupled with a practical sense of what works in a complex environment
• Possess strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a good eye for detail and strong follow-up skills
• Possess strong organizations skills and effective project management skills in managing multiple projects concurrently
• Strong ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced work environment
• Able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in handling diverse situations
