The incumbent is required to have

  • In-depth technical discipline and subject-matter expertise in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) area
  • In-depth understanding of IT security principles in accordance to MAS regulatory requirements to administer the security operation of relevant systems to fulfil business objectives

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for being the point of contact for identity management within the Singapore branch
  • Ensure the completion of Identity and Access Management (IAM) operational tasks in accordance to service
level expectations
  • Providing subject-matter expertise to support internal stakeholders in terms of Identity and
Access Management (IAM) business and functional requirements for the rollout and daily operations of enterprise-wide applications
  • Responsible for identifying process automation opportunities to increase efficiency in Identity and
Access Management (IAM) operations
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining technical support documentation
  • Provide Identity and Access Management (IAM) support to application releases (from development, testing
and deployment into production)
  • Engage in post implementation analysis to ensure successful system security design and functionality
  • Document and review access management procedures for managed applications and platforms
  • Responsible for identifying risks, vulnerabilities and security issues on current application delivery
and communicating impact to technology partners and business units

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in either computer science, information systems or other related qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in the IT security domain, especially in system administration,
ideally within the Financial Services Industry
  • Required to have managerial capabilities to manage a team depending on the volume of operational tasks
  • Possess deep knowledge and background in all aspects of Identity and Access Management end-to-end life cycle
  • Possess Strong knowledge of IAM software and systems; Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation,
Identity and Access Management (IAM) setup and OAuth configuration
  • Familiar with Windows Active Directory services and Privileged Account Management (PAM) solutions
  • Ability to work with demanding environments and tight timelines
  • Possess strong problem solving skills
  • Possess analytical and technical abilities
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both oral in written so as to be able to engage with end users
and relevant stakeholders in an effective and appropriate manner
