(NYSE: OMC), the leading global advertising, marketing and corporate communications company, providing services to over 5,000 clients in more than 100 countries.A forward-thinking media and communications company, Omnicom Media Group includes various full service, award-winning agency brands such as PHD, OMD, Hearts & Science - plus a suite of specialist media communication units.In the Asia Pacific region, Omnicom Media Group has 45+ offices in 18 countries with over 4,000 staff members.THE ROLEThe Consumer Insights & Enablement Manager/Senior Manager works alongside the OMG Innovation & Enablement Director, Asia-Pacific as well as closely with other stakeholders within the Omnicom network such as Annalect (Omnicom's data and technology unit), strategy/planning/analytics teams, and the insights & strategy community across all Asia-Pacific markets.It is an exciting opportunity to help drive Omni, Omnicom's unique and open operating system, build new product capabilities and create OMG's Consumer Insights agenda.Want to find out more about Omni? > [ Link removed ] This is a regional role working with all Asia-Pacific markets, based in Singapore.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1) Omni Enablement & Roll-out Drive awareness, understanding, and quality adoption for Omnicom's products and services with the focus being on Omni, Omnicom's open operating system Collaborate with our global OMG/Annalect team and independently own conversations with global and regional leadership Be the bridge between OMG/Annalect and our agencies (OMD, PHD, H&S, etc.) across all our Asia-Pacific markets Support new and emerging product priorities Deepen the understanding of agencies' Omni needs across Asia-Pacific and help create tangible solutions for them2) Omni Capabilities Play an active role in driving and improving Omni capabilities both regionally, but also in specific markets across the Asia-Pacific region Understand budget and media planning applications within Omni to be able to advise planning teams on most suitable approaches Oversee the collection and verification of planning/optimisation data across all markets Conduct training sessions and create L&D materials for Omni's budget and media planning applications (if required)3) Intersection between OMG/Annalect and OMD/PHD/Hearts & Science Understand agency-specific workflows such as OMD Design and PHD Omni Studio Responsible for ensuring that Omni and agency-specific workflows (OMD Design, PHD Studio) work seamlessly together Understand how Omni adds value to agency-specific workflows Work in close collaboration with agencies' regional strategy and planning leads Support new business projects4) Thought Leadership & Trends Provide Thought Leadership and actively participate in driving various regional insights/innovation initiatives Work with external partners as well as the wider insights team to craft and deliver thought leadership pieces and/or custom research projects - this includes OMG's annual trends publication covering the latest in terms of technology, consumer and media trends5) Resources & Partnerships Oversee and manage OMG's industry resources (i.e. Euromonitor, WARC, etc.) as well as evaluate new resources in order to equip our agencies with the most beneficial resources - this includes overseeing training for relevant resources for our Asia-Pacific markets and maintaining a collaborative working relationship with our partnersEXPERIENCE REQUIRED Bachelor's degree in social sciences, marketing related fields, statistics, media and communication, economics, information management, psychology - or similar fields. 6+ years experience in consumer insights, analytics, comms planning, strategy, market research, digital marketing or performance marketing A strong affinity for data & analytics A deep understanding of comms & media planning Experience in dashboarding & dashboarding solutions (Power BI, Tableau, Data Studio, etc.) Familiarity with syndicated research sources/tools (GWI, GfK, YouGov, Nielsen, comScore, SimilarWeb, etc.) beneficial Experience in social listening projects not a must, but beneficial A strong understanding of Asia-Pacific's media dynamics A strong interest and passion for technology, media and consumer trends Ability to manage and prioritize a number of concurrent tasks Ability to work well with others and work in cross functional teams Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint is an absolute requirement for the rolePERSONAL ATTRIBUTES A 'Can Do' attitude Curious Pro-active Detail-oriented Future-focused Reliable Passionate about technology, data, consumer and media Business savvy Great interpersonal and communication skills Able to develop fruitful relationships with key stakeholders in APAC as well as globally Able to maintain harmonious working relationships with the wider Omnicom team
