DESIGNATION : Manager (Food Service Development)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the development and implementation of strategic plans for food service within theframework of a disciplined category management business process so as to achieve company's financial goals and objectives, improve market share, customer satisfaction and productivity performance measures for the company
• Achieve category sales, gross profit and income goals and objectives of food service throughmonitoring trends within the market segments
• Develop and implement an optimum product mix that focuses on customers's needs
• Develop and implement promotional plans that bring excitement as well as incremental sales tothe stores
• Develop and implement a competitive pricing strategy that delivers value to our customers
• Establish collaborative retailer/supplier relationships to maximise income, terms & discounts toimprove sales and profitability
• Develop short and long term plans to grow the food services
• Managing stock availability and minimise write offs

QUALIFICATIONS

• Min 5 years of relevant experience in food service
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Resourceful and problem solver
• Excellent communication (spoken and written) and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently but also a team player
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders
• Motivated, meticulous and results oriented
• Able to work under pressure
• Strong organisational skills, analytical and strategic business sense
