Indonesian Food Shop located at Paya Lebar & Somerset Operating hours : 10.30-9.30pm daily 5-6 days work per week Meals and food are provided * s: * Overall in-charge of 2 outl Indonesian Food Shop located at Paya Lebar & Somerset Operating hours : 10.30-9.30pm daily 5-6 days work per week Meals and food are provided s: Overall in-charge of 2 outlets in Singapore in admin, hiring, purchasing and day to day operation Coordinate daily restaurant management operations Upkeep the food standard Ensure all food are hot and ready to serve Manage the store including kitchen and service area Maintain and order sufficient stocks for the kitchen Maintain the overall kitchen equipment and other store's inventories Manage customer expectation and respond customer's complaints efficiently Provide good customer service In-charge with staff roster and rotation Organize and supervise shift Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste Manage restaurant's good image and reputation Requirement: Master overall kitchen operations, able to fry, cook and produce 'sambal' in order to understand the restaurant food standards. Posses good communication skill with the staff and customer Eager to learn to improve one-self A fast-learning and driven individual
