Job Description
1. Oversee productivity and continuous improvement activities. 2. Supervises production staff to ensure production targets, product quality, and specifications are reached within their area of supervision. 3. Responsible for the daily operation from production & processing. 4. Perform production planning and resource management. 5. Ensure operation runs in cost-effective way. 6. Ensure operation fulfills Company\'s budget, policies, and strategies and meet government bodies\' requirement. 7. Provide operation solutions to management. 8. Perform any project assigned by management. 9. Maintain safety and hygiene standards in compliance with government institutions. 10. Ensure ISO & Halal compliance for all products produced. 11. Any other duties as and when assigned. Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in demand planning, inventory management, warehousing and logistics with FMCG background.
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels of management.
- Microsoft Navision software knowledge.
