< Summary of the Position >

• The primary focus is to manage projects effectively under the cooperative relationships among clients and third-party partners as well as internal project members.
• As a Manager, the incumbent is expected to possess deep knowledge on several industries, technical skills to design and execute projects and human-based skills to establish relationships with stakeholders of various kinds of projects.
  

• Seeks project leads with current/existing clients.
• Identifies clients\xe2\x80\x99 challenges for possible research and consulting services
• Develops project proposals.
• Work very closely with the Company\xe2\x80\x99s management or collaborate closely with other leaders and make project proposals, construct theme storylines, approaches to the clients\xe2\x80\x99 challenges.
• Manage project member assignment, budget, timeline.
  

• Performs as a project manager to assure successful project deliveries.
• Actively communicates and follows up with project leaders, members, and/or 3rd parties such as, subcontractors, vendors and overseas HQ to assure successful project delivery.
• Provides on-the-job trainings to junior Management Consultants and Analysts where necessary.
• Reviews results and feedbacks of project upon completion of projects / provide feedbacks to project members where necessary.
  

• Supports publishing articles and/or company promotions.
• Knowledge Sharing: Organizes data/contents, develops useful knowledge contents and shares contents within the Company and regional branches (PH, TH, ID, IN, etc.).
• Participates in the interviews for hiring of Business Analysts, Consultants and interns.
• Provide mentorship and training sessions for newly hired Consultants.
  

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university.
• Advanced Degree such as Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree (M.A./M.S.) may help project execution/management.
• 5-10 years of senior level research analysis and/or consulting experience.
• Establishing continuous relationship with some clients and obtaining several projects from clients.
• Experiences of consulting project management as a Project Manager
• Business analysis and business strategy planning experiences.
• Has in-depth knowledges and experiences of specific business process.
• Industrial expertise (deep knowledge of specific industry) of several industries based on both education and experiences.
• Fluent business level Japanese is required to liaise with clients and counterparts in Japan.
• Candidate must be willing to travel on business trips as required.
