What the role is:
You will be part of the team involved in HR management and planning functions.
1. To review, formulate and implement strategies, policies and programmes to attract and retain employees that can contribute effectively to SFA.
2. To manage HR operations related to recruitment of manpower, contract management, exit management so as to ensure timely delivery of effective and efficient HR services. This includes the management of permanent, contract and temporary manpower.
3. To review and streamline HR process and systems to improve effectiveness and employees\' experience. This includes management of HR service providers and vendors.
4. To analyse manpower trends and HR data to develop action plans to enhance attraction and other HR strategies, policies and programmes in line with business needs.
