\xe2\x9c\x93 Responsible for the Restaurant business performance and maintain high standard of service\xe2\x9c\x93 Create and execute plans for restaurant sales and profitability\xe2\x9c\x93 Plan and coordinate menus with Executive Chef\xe2\x9c\x93 Build strong relationships with customers and serve as the main point of contact\xe2\x9c\x93 Advise customers on menu and beverage choice\xe2\x9c\x93 Respond to customer complaints. Ensure positive customer service, taking appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied customer into return customer\xe2\x9c\x93 Provide effective leadership to the Service Team\xe2\x9c\x93 Handle disciplinary issues, conducting Annual review and confirmation of staff\xe2\x9c\x93 Constantly review, evaluate SOP and suggest improvements to the management\xe2\x9c\x93 Ensure all employees adhere to the company\'s SOP\xe2\x9c\x93 Train & coach team members to ensure staff development\xe2\x9c\x93 Handle and control cashiering duties, daily sales collection, cashiers float and petty cash claims \xe2\x9c\x93 Perform banking duties\xe2\x9c\x93 Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assignedRequirements\xe2\x9c\x93 Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with 3 years in a managerial role\xe2\x9c\x93 Have good product knowledge on Japanese food\xe2\x9c\x93 Knowledge of cost/inventory management would be an added advantage\xe2\x9c\x93 Excellent organizational skills\xe2\x9c\x93 Ability to thrive in a challenging environment\xe2\x9c\x93 Strong public relations with excellent interpersonal & communication skills\xe2\x9c\x93 Candidate must be a strong leader & team player\xe2\x9c\x93 Demonstrate commercial capability to deliver profit, control costs and build customer loyalty\xe2\x9c\x93 Candidate must have basic PC-literacy
