Job Description


:

  • Responsible for the Restaurant business performance and maintain high standard of service.
  • Create and execute plans for restaurant sales and profitability.
  • Plan and coordinate menus with Executive Chef.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and serve as the main point of contact.
  • Advise customers on menu and beverage choice.
  • Respond to customer complaints. Ensure positive customer service, taking appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied customer into return customer.
  • Provide effective leadership to the Service Team.
  • Handle disciplinary issues, conducting Annual review and confirmation of staff.
  • Constantly review, evaluate SOP and suggest improvements to the management.
  • Ensure all employees adhere to the company\'s SOP.
  • Train & coach team members to ensure staff development.
  • Handle and control cashiering duties, daily sales collection, cashiers float and petty cash claims .
  • Perform banking duties.
  • Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirement:
  • 5 years experience in relevant field.
  • Knowledge of cost/inventory management would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a challenging environment.
  • Strong public relations with excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Candidate must be a strong leader & team player.
  • Demonstrate commercial capability to deliver profit, control costs and build customer loyalty.
  • Candidate must have basic PC-literacy.
