Responsible for the Restaurant business performance and maintain high standard of service.
Create and execute plans for restaurant sales and profitability.
Plan and coordinate menus with Executive Chef.
Build strong relationships with customers and serve as the main point of contact.
Advise customers on menu and beverage choice.
Respond to customer complaints. Ensure positive customer service, taking appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied customer into return customer.
Provide effective leadership to the Service Team.
Handle disciplinary issues, conducting Annual review and confirmation of staff.
Constantly review, evaluate SOP and suggest improvements to the management.
Ensure all employees adhere to the company\'s SOP.
Train & coach team members to ensure staff development.
Handle and control cashiering duties, daily sales collection, cashiers float and petty cash claims .
Perform banking duties.
Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirement:

5 years experience in relevant field.
Knowledge of cost/inventory management would be an added advantage.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a challenging environment.
Strong public relations with excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
Candidate must be a strong leader & team player.
Demonstrate commercial capability to deliver profit, control costs and build customer loyalty.
Candidate must have basic PC-literacy.
