Work location: Nexus@ One-NorthWork arrangement: Default onsite in office, Monday to Friday Full time.JOB PURPOSEThe candidate will be part of Group HRIS team and responsible for theimplementation, maintenance, and overall effectiveness of NHG HRIS/ HRrelated systems. He/she will play a key role in guiding the HRIS team oncomplex support issues and responsible for minor system configuration.He/She will play a key role in working collaboratively across all NHGinstitutions and use HRIS as the technology enabler to achieve NHGworkforce objectives.HRIS Support\xe2\x97\x8f Provide guidance and supporton day-to-day activities ofmaintaining NHGSuccessFactors\xe2\x97\x8fLead the central data uploadteam within Group HRIS\xe2\x97\x8fResponsible for minor systemconfiguration changes andfinetuning\xe2\x97\x8fCollaborate with stakeholders togather business requirementsand perform regularassessments to refine thesystem design\xe2\x97\x8fWork closely with Synapxe andSystems Integrator (SI) to plan,design and execute changeprocess within HRIS\xe2\x97\x8fTake an active role in identifyingrisks and managing supportissues including escalation andresolutionAd-Hoc HR ProjectsJOB REQUIREMENTSEducation/Training/Experience

• A recognized degree with 5 or more years of relevant work experience in a similar role
• Experience with SuccessFactors as a system implementer is a must
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Analytical resourceful, result-focused, innovative and meticulous

• Complex problem solving skills
• Good project management skills
• Good business mindset, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A resourceful, organized, meticulous and analytical individual with exemplary system thinking, planning and execution skills and able to handle complexity and dynamic of the multiple institutions and diverse stakeholders
