As a member of NHG's Clinical Transformation Department, the Manager will support and facilitate initiatives relating to strategic clinical planning and evolution of care delivery models, with focus on (1) improving access to care to ensure that patients receive timely services and have an enhanced overall experience, (2) advancing clinical excellence across NHG and (3) enhancing awareness to strengthen communication and engagement with patients, residents, and partners.As one of three public healthcare clusters in Singapore, NHG is entrusted to serve and meet the healthcare needs of about one-third of national population which amounts to around 1.5 million residents. Faced with a rapidly ageing population, workforce and talent crunch, increasing pressure due to rising healthcare cost while operating under a new capitation funding model, achieving our objectives demands a can-do spirit and a collective xe2x80x9cBusiness Unusualxe2x80x9d mindset.To this end, the Manager is expected to be a good team player, reliable, resourceful and responsive.
