DESIGNATION : Manager (HoReCa Business Development - Chains)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manager (HoReCa Business DevelopmentChains) The incumbent is responsible for and expected to:

  • Be a field force that expands HoReCa customer base within chain outlets by increasing awareness and uptake
  • Understand HoReCa chain customer needs and identify potential white spaces
  • Play an integral role in new HoReCa chain customer pitches and subsequently manage onboarding and life-cycle management
  • Grow the customer through breadth & depth of penetration
  • Grow the customer base with proactive identification of target customer types and recruitment
  • Serve as the single point of contact between customer and internal teams
  • Maintains relationship (i.e. resolves complaints and understand customer needs)
  • Develop and execute customer type/customer specific trade activations to drive growth (with penetration, range expansion & increasing usage/consumption) and evaluate effectiveness
  • Manage the budget allocated for the account to ensure optimum ROI


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree/Diploma in any discipline
  • Proven experience as HoReCa sales force (key account management preferred)
  • Experience in F&B operations management or chef a plus
  • Excellent skills in selling and building customer relationships
  • Aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Ability to cross-sell and expand product portfolio of customers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts
  • Strong ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Strong business acumen
