As part of NCS People & Culture function, the Talent Management team works with business to help establish pathways for growing talent, design and curate programmes to realise these, interact and engage with the best and brightest of our vast organization.We have a vacancy for a new team member to join us in our exciting work to roll out new programmes here in Singapore and beyond.Key Responsibilities:Talent Management:

• Conduct thorough needs assessments and research to design and implement talent management programmes that identify, develop, and retain top talent across the organisation.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure a robust talent pipeline, preparing high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
• Support Talent & Leadership Reviews to ensure alignment between talent development and business needs.

• Assist in designing and delivering leadership development programmes to grow talent at all levels.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external consultants and experts to deliver specialised leadership development programmes that meet the evolving needs of NCS.
• Measure and track the impact of leadership development initiatives, using feedback and data to refine and enhance programme effectiveness.

Talent Insights and Reporting:

• Use talent analytics to assess programme effectiveness and make data-driven decisions that enhance talent engagement, development, and retention.
• Analyse and generate talent insights to enhance succession planning, progression management, talent reviews, organisational culture and employee engagement.

• Manage and prepare reports.

The ideal candidate should have/be:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in talent management, consulting, or organisational development.
• An excellent degree, one in HR, Management, Organisational Psychology, or a related field will be an advantage.
• A Professional certification from IHRP, SHRM, ATD, or other relevant associations will be a plus.
