Roles & Responsibilities Starlight Asset Management (“Starlight”) is a Registered Fund Management Company (RFMC) with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
As an Asset Management firm, we curate and develop modern investment strategies for our investors in both traditional and alternative asset classes.

Due to business expansion, the Company has an opening for a Manager – Clients & Events. The role reports to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Communications

Assist in the management of the firm’s communication channels and exposure in both traditional and digital media.
Development of Public Relations (PR) outreach and capabilities with selected media both locally and internationally.
Oversee content creation and updates for the company’s website and selected medium.
In-charge of the overview of the firm’s marketing and branding collaterals.
Client Services

Strategic planning, organisation, and management of the Starlight Experience Programme (SEP), a comprehensive rewards programme for the firm’s valued clients.
Provide a high quality of service towards the firm’s clients.
Provide efficient and timely solutions towards clients’ queries.
Events Planning & Management

Event planning for the following*:

  • Company visits & private luncheons for key executives
  • Private & exclusive events for the company’s clients and investors
  • Seminars for industry peers and vendors
  • International outreaches and business trip itineraries
  • the list is not exhaustive

Management of event flow and coordination between key parties, logistics, and vendors to ensure smooth running.
Hosting (opening and closing) for events and seminars.
Gather and tabulate post-event feedback from clientele and attendees for review with senior management.
Key Requirements:

At least five (5) years of relevant experience in marketing, advertising, marketing communications, business support, financial services, client services, or relevant function.
Bachelor's Degree in a business field.
Strong integrity, accountability, and sense of discretion.
Good communication, written, and presentation skills.
Organised and meticulous in planning and details.
Confident, enthusiastic, and reliable.
Conscientious with strong sense of responsibility.
Proactive with strong initiative.
Ability to work independently and within a team when required.
Ability to adapt and operate in a dynamic business environment.
Compensation Package:

Base: $60,000 – $90,000
Performance Bonus: Yes, semi-annually.
Allowances: Mobile
