Role:

Evaluate vessel performance data to pinpoint improvement opportunities.
Formulate and execute strategies to boost vessel efficiency and cut fuel consumption.
Work closely with the technical team to streamline vessel maintenance and repair schedules.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of vessel systems and equipment.
Stay informed about maritime regulations and industry best practices concerning efficiency and sustainability.
Offer recommendations for fleet optimization and fuel-saving measures.
Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for vessel crews on efficiency best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Maritime Studies or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in maritime operations, focusing on vessel efficiency.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with maritime regulations and industry standards.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Demonstrated ability to implement and promote efficiency initiatives.
Experience with data analysis and performance monitoring tools.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
