Job Description
What the role is:
The selected candidate will manage wakaf and estates, audit and enforcement.
What you will be working on:
- Propose and formulate policies for wakaf (Islamic endowment trusts and funds) and inheritance management
- Monitoring and enforcement of regulations of the wakaf sector, including audit of beneficiaries, use of funds, property management
- Oversee the administration of Estates, Inheritance and Trusts including correspondences on legal matters with Family Courts, Trustees, solicitors and wealth planners
- Liquidate properties and other assets for distribution to relevant parties
- Supervise digitalisation efforts and process improvements for the above
Requirements
- Tertiaty education in any discipline preferably in Accounting, Law or Real Estate
- Prior experience in administration, legal, social work, finance or related fields will be advantageous Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous in dealing with numbers and accounts
- Proactive and results-oriented team player Strong thinking and analytical skills
