Identify and develop the core & technical competencies required for Active Aging Centre (AAC) staff & volunteers
Design & develop a AAC Training Roadmap for staff & volunteers to meet current and emerging needs
Work with the AIC-appointed Learning Institutes/Learning Partners to curate, maintain and update repository of courses meant for AAC
Work with AAC partners to conduct training needs analysis & propose training interventions to address skills gaps
Perform in-depth training evaluation to ensure training effectiveness
Propose & implement learning strategies to promote just-in-time and continuous learning (e.g. workplace learning)
Expand Community Care Skills Standards Framework to include AAC competencies and set skills standards for the development of the AAC workforce in support of Healthier SG
Assist in the conceptualisation and development of the micro-job framework for the community care sector which includes work relating to the mapping of the key partners for the micro-job framework and identification of key sector enablers and support.
At least 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity, and familiar with Learning & Development (L&D) with Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) / Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP)
Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) / Diploma in Design & Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) certification is an added advantage.
Has prior knowledge, skills and experience in instructional designs and/or curriculum development
Has prior knowledge, skills and experience in national accreditation process inclusive of both Organisational Accreditation (OA) and Courseware/Curriculum Accreditation (CA)
Meticulous and detailed, able to analyse data, provide conclusion and recommendation
Able to multi-task and possess strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
A self-starter with strong learning ability, who is resilient, adaptable and able to manage change and ambiguity.
Possess strong negotiation and communication skills to engage external and internal stakeholders
The successful candidate will be offered a 2- year employment contract
