:

Stewardship of Founding Partners and Major Donors:

  • Cultivate/support and maintain strong relationships with founding partners and major donors.
  • Develop in personalized stewardship plans for each donor, ensuring a high level of engagement and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and execute appreciation events, recognition programs, and other stewardship initiatives.
  • Responsible for devising and using consistent, accurate, and appropriate information-sharing mechanisms for stewarding prospects and donors. Proactively supports the stewardship responsibilities of the development staff by assisting them in establishing and coordinating individualized stewardship plans for donors.
  • Establish and manage information tracking processes regarding acknowledgement, recognition, on-going communications, and continued cultivation of past and current donors to enhance their relationship with the school and increase the likelihood of continued contributions.
  • Develop and assess policies and procedures that are essential for a comprehensive donor relations program.
  • Coordinate with Director of Partnership for consistent contact with the most significant donors.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to compose appeals, proposals, letters and compile appropriate invitation lists, engage featured program participants, create programs and provide program materials, prepare program scripts and participant remarks (as needed) and create and/or obtain donor awards and recognitions.
Assist in Major Gift Acquisition:
  • Collaborate with the fundraising team to identify and qualify major gift prospects from the donor pipeline.
  • Conduct prospect research and analysis to assess capacity, affinity, and inclination for major gifts.
  • Partner internal and external stakeholders to develop compelling cases for support in support of fundraising strategies.
  • Support the gift structuring process, including proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
Prospecting and Pipeline Management:
  • Identify and research potential major donors, leveraging internal and external resources.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records in the CRM database, tracking engagement and cultivating relationships through the donor lifecycle.
  • Develop new strategies to enhance donor retention and new donor acquisition.
Reporting and Analysis:
  • Generate regular reports on fundraising activities, analysing data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to optimize fundraising effectiveness and efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, communications, arts or any other related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, philanthropy or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with internal and external stakeholders and management
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex and diverse relationships and the proven ability to operate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of fundraising principles, techniques, and best practices is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM databases.
