Job Description

What the role is:

• Assist Head of Division in reviewing policies pertaining to the accreditation and continuing professional education (CPE) framework and guidelines, as well as executing the processes and policies in the Division. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the accreditation & renewal of Practising Certificates applications process for healthcare practitioners, in accordance to the business rules. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review and develop effective mechanisms or work processes to ensure KPIs of the Division are met. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform any other such duties as may be assigned from time to time

What you will be working on:

• Relevant working experience in administration/processing work \xe2\x80\xa2 Well-articulated and possess good writing skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidates would be assessed for suitability to support the respective healthcare professional types. For candidates who are posted to support the accreditation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners, candidates should be proficient in spoken and written Chinese (in emails and writing of minutes of meeting) \xe2\x80\xa2 Good organisational skills with attention to details \xe2\x80\xa2 Team player with positive work attitude \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines \xe2\x80\xa2 IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
