[What the role is]
You will work in partnership with line departments to support Human Resource (HR) functions, ranging from Extension of Contract, Retirement, Re-employment, Recruitment of Casual Staff, payroll and claims matters. You will be part of the HR Operations Department in ensuring HR processes are optimised and carried out in compliance with policies and service standards.

[What you will be working on]

Your role will include the review and enhancements of HR processes and providing HR data insights by leveraging technology and other innovations to achieve HR operational excellence and improve stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 experience. You will also attend to HR related requests or queries from external and internal stakeholders. You may also be involved in any other duties as assigned from time to time.

[What we are looking for]

2 to 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the areas of Human Resource.

Excellent communication and written skills to manage diverse range of stakeholders.

Analytical, meticulous, detail-oriented with strong numerical competency.

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a high-stress environment with dynamic timelines and priorities.

Experience in process redesign would be an added advantage.

IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel (ability to use formula functions, pivot table, VLOOKUP etc).
