Description of Division/Branch: Probation and Community Rehabilitation Service (PCRS) As part of the RPG family, the Probation and Community Rehabilitation Service (PCRS) is responsible for the effective rehabilitation of offenders on community-based orders with maximum participation of their families and the community. Through individual and family sessions and inter-agency collaborations, we deliver targeted interventions to steer probationers away from offending behaviours and lead socially responsible lives. We are passionate and committed to making a difference to the lives of these youths and their families and are looking for like-minded individuals to join our dynamic and life-changing team.What you will be working on:Brief description of Job Scope: The jobholder reports to the Senior/Assistant Director, Deputy Director and Director to ensure the division\'s practices, strategic planning and implementation efforts are data driven and evidence informed. The jobholder is responsible for PCRS\' research strategy and the monitoring of overall trends of clients referred to PCRS. He/She will also oversee the management of data for Court referrals for probation suitability assessment and probation cases.
