Partner with institutions taskforce teams to strengthen the recruitment and candidate attraction capability at the cluster level;
Develop talent pipeline strategy to broaden experienced/young talents outreach channels through recruitment drives and campus events;
Enhance candidate pipelining capability, jobs & sponsorship publicity and talent quality;
Partner with external agency, Group Communications and Group/Institutions' C-suite management to drive Employer Value Proposition (EVP) project and manage the project timeline;
Develop a social media strategy to strengthen the employer branding, recruitment marketing and manage social media publicity to position NUHS as an employer of choice;
Manage projects' budget, business justification write-ups to support the procurement process and evaluate vendors' service performance;
Improve recruitment efficiency, streamline and automate recruitment on/off-boarding processes at cluster level to create positive candidate/hiring manager experience;
Perform recruitment analytics to drive recruitment performance at cluster level.
Requirements
Degree qualification in Human Resource, Marketing or Business Management;
Possess 5-8 years of Talent Acquisition/Resourcing CoE experience; with minimum 3 years of Employer Branding project management experience;
Passionate and experienced to drive Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition strategies at Group/ Corporate/ Regional environment;
Good experience in strengthening talent outreach channels and recruitment capability;
Strong communications & interpersonal skills, motivated to establish partnerships with institutions to drive, influence and manage results;
Good stakeholder management skills with the ability to work collaboratively with different level of stakeholders;
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with demonstrated strength in writing business proposal and presentation;
Good planning, organising and timeline management skills to manage multiple projects in a complex and fast paced environment;
Pro-active, self-driven and resilient team player who is agile, comfortable to embrace change, drive for success and work in a transformational environment;
Healthcare industrial experience will be an added value.
