What you will be working on
You will be part of the Strategy & Performance Team to develop, implement and review manpower planning strategies, HR analytics, performance management framework, compensation policies to build a competitive and sustainable HR system with the aim to attract and retain the right employees so as to strengthen the development of an inspired and future-ready workforce. In this role, you will be part of the team to; • Prepare corporate level manpower plans for effective utilisation of existing human resource capacity, develop and implement strategies. • Establish and develop manpower planning policies and procedures in line with strategic workforce planning • Manage annual manpower planning process, projections of manpower requirements and implementation of the manpower plans. • Partner closely with the internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and facilitate the development of manpower related papers during the bi-annual Reinvestment Funds exercises. • Design, review and implement performance management framework, assessment methodologies and systems to be used for the review of staff performance • Conduct periodic review of manpower planning strategies, performance management framework and compensation policies, conducting benchmarking as well as comparative studies activities with external agencies • Facilitate the organisation’s performance appraisal and calibration cycle and subsequently leading to preparing and proposing the formulation of the Annual Pay Plan Proposal. • Prepare the formulation of data for pay plan using performance bonus, merit increment, promotion increment and salary adjustment for competitiveness analysis of employees’ base pay and total cash • Support the management of administration and processing of all salary related payments, including bonus and annual increment and track cost impact to ensure that proposal is kept within allocated budget • Develop and provide insightful HR Analytics Report for the Senior Management
What we are looking for
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following; • At least 5 years of relevant HR experience in the area of performance, compensation and manpower planning or strategic workforce planning. • Applicants with IHRP certifications are welcomed. • Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment. • Strong in Microsoft Excel such as applying formulas, pivot table, vlookup and forecasting and proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word • Proficient in analytics software such as Tableau will be advantageous • A team player who is customer focused, has a sense of urgency, meticulous and with strong organisation skills and ability to collaborate across all levels and teams. • Independent, adaptive and innovative individual with strong appreciation of processes and good numerical and analytical skills. • Able to navigate ambiguity, digital-savvy, analytical and numeracy skills, communications and interpersonal skills The level of offer will commensurate with applicants’ experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 3 years contract in the first instance. Only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
