Our client, Japanese food service company, is looking for a great talent for Managing Director position.

-Liaise with and provide support to all service functional departments to achieve the department\'s goals, including marketing, finance, human resources, procurement, food systems, and store development.
-Manage all restaurants to meet quality, service and cleanliness standards, and develop and implement mid- to long-term plans to maximize sales and revenue.
-Manage the Singapore operation\'s forecasting and reporting to and liaising with the Head Office in Japan, etc.

-Business level of Japanese: to be used for communicating with Japan HQ

-At least 8 years of experience in managing sales and marketing and accounting teams

-Strong negotiation and networking skills

-Organization skills

-Able to work under pressure
