This role of responsibility is for both growing existing business and closing new programmatic advertising revenue from agencies and brands and exploring and increasing their presence in the Japan Market. 【 What you will be doing 】
Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients, supporting managed and self-serve users, understanding their goals, and resolving any issues
Ensure client campaigns are successful by communicating with clients on their business/campaign goals, providing strategic solutions/recommendations and optimizations to meet identified KPIs
Set up/traffic advertising campaigns on Advertising DSP, including third-party tag implementation and pixel creation/troubleshooting
Ensure daily, weekly and monthly reporting to clients
Participate in the identification of any potential opportunities to improve services such as the development of tools, procedures, and reports aimed to increase efficiency within the department
In-person and virtual meetings, presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews, and training/education
Requirement
【 What they are looking for 】
Fluent in both Japanese (JLPT N2) and English to liaise with Japanese Native Counterparts.
A minimum of 7+ years of sales experience in the digital advertising space
Experience building client pitch decks (and the associated research) to close new business
Grown sales pipelines with CRM tools for efficiency and transparency using a strong follow-up process
