Industry: Manufacturing/ Production
Location: Pioneer
Working Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00am 5.33pm
Basic + Allowances + AWS + VB
Job Responsibilities:
- Planning rolling schedule with various stakeholders
- Performing troubleshooting and discussing about mill issues and brainstorming for solutions
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives for betterment of performance
- Performing month end closing activity to ensure production finished goods and input material, scrap and activity figures are accurate and true
- Computing, generating and commenting on departmental monthly performance and cost reports
- Performing monthly safety observation audits and closure of incident investigation cases (if any)
- Possess Diploma/Degree in Material/ Mechanical/ Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment
- Good interpersonal skills, problem solving and project management skills
- Familiar with manufacturing quality assurance techniques
- No experience is welcome
