Marketing docs (category 2) –project manage approval of all marketing assets, including legal dept.– This includes also Statement of work documents to be sent in revision to the LRC (Literature Review Committee).
Make sure they are also posted into EDMS and GFS port’all. (for EDMS/GFS port’all they would need a training)
Documents and collaterals (incl. Statements of work) review, updates and uploads into the relevant portals and databases (ISell, EDMS for Web publishing…); Sales Conversation Tool: collecting and reviewing
Updates can be minor like simply changing the date of the document to be current, as the content is still ok, or also content needs to be revised
Offers Cheatsheets (xls files) to be updated with new offers’ SKUs and posted into the relevant portals/databases.
Ensure that tools available in ISell, Sales Conversation Tools etc. are up to date

Qualifications
Background/degree in Marketing or Communication/ writing
Strong English communications skills (esp. written)
Understanding or strong interest/motivation in the Services business (high-level OK/ passionate to learn) – Customer oriented
Comfortable with digital communications tools and means
2-3 year previous experience in related domain a plus
